They've been my go-to vendor for a decently long time now, but there seems to be a problem with receiving any info regarding orders from their site lately. Are they on holiday? I checked their facebook page (I don't use facebook beyond just reading for updates), and it looks like at least two other customers are having the same problem. I tried re-ordering again this morning, only using a credit card instead and there doesn't appear to be any progress on the order. E-mailing or calling doesn't get a response either.
